Note : Dark colours specially Indigo do bleed till a few washes but the fabric still looks fresh after every wash, which essentially is a mark of authentic Hand-block printing.

Cancellation

• • In case you wish to cancel any order, please contact us for a cancellation request before the dispatch. We won’t be able to cancel the order after it is dispatched.

Returns

• • All our products are purely Hand-crafted.
  • We've put a lot of love & effort into making them. They undergo a thorough quality check before getting shipped.
  • If in a rare event, you still come across any defect/damage or receive a wrong item, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will take the necessary steps to make it right and ensure your complete satisfaction.
  • Requests raised after 48 hours of order delivery would not be considered.
  • Hand-printed fabrics naturally have print variations in each piece, which makes them unique in their own. It’s the beauty of Hand print & shall not be considered a defect.
  • Handwoven fabrics have difference in weave pattern sometimes, which is a mark of authentic handcraft, calling it a damage might devalue the human efforts.

Exchanges

• • Currently, we have an Exchange-only policy and we do not offer any Refunds. You can contact us for a Size exchange request and Return us the product within 48 hours.
  • Once we receive your shipment, we'll dispatch the new/exchanged product within 1-2 business days & it will get delivered within 2-8 days depending on your region.
  • Please make sure the product is unused, unwashed & undamaged with all tags intact for the approval of Exchange.
  • In case we don't have your desired size available, you can choose an alternate product of the same price or can opt for any higher price product by paying the extra amount.
  • The exchanged product can not be exchanged again.
